The Premier Football training programme can be adapted to whatever skill level is needed. Here’s a quick video we shot when we did some 1on1 training with pro player – Monique Fischer.
Training Included:
- Dynamic Ball Mastery: So she could create more space
- Receiving on the Half Turn / Backfoot: In order to play forward
- Movement: To create half a yard of space in tight areas
- Shielding: So she could protect the ball under pressure
- Dynamic Shooting: Shots from varying angles and distances to replicate game situations.
